Minisymposium proposal

The deadline for submitting mini-symposium proposals was February 5th. There is still time to submit poster contributions atĀ  Participation > abstract submission.

Minisymposia are thematic sessions focused on specific topics and proposed by participants of the conference. Each mini-symposium session will include either 6-8 (one session) or 8 (two sessions) presentations and will be hosted by one or two organizers.

We encourage diversity in terms of the speakers geographic origins and a balance ofĀ covered topics in every proposed mini-symposium.

To submit a mini-symposium proposal, the primary organizer must log in and provideĀ the following details:

  • Title of the mini-symposium.
  • Name(s) of the organizer(s).
  • Mini-symposium abstract (2000 characters or fewer).
  • For each contribution in the mini-symposium, please include the following information:
    • Title.
    • Presenting authorĀ“s name and affiliation.
    • Other authors.
    • Abstract (2000 characters or fewer).
    • Up to 3 references in DOI format.

The number of slots for mini-symposia is limited, so the Scientific Committee will striveĀ to enhance the diversity and appeal of the chosen proposals. When submitting,Ā organizers have the option to consider their mini- symposium for standard talks orĀ posters in case it does not meet the required level of priority
