Abstract submission

Individual participants have the option to submit their abstract for an oral presentation or a poster. Oral presentations will last 15 minutes, followed by a 5-minute question-and-answer session, totaling 20 minutes.

The number of available slots for oral presentations is limited, so the Scientific Committee aims to enhance diversity and the appeal of selected proposals. When submitting,  participants can choose to have their presentation considered for a poster if it doesn´t achieve the necessary priority level.

Posters should be in A0 format and portrait layout. There is no template provided for the physical posters.

To submit your abstract, you must create an account. Abstracts for either oral presentations or posters should be in text format, with a character limit of 2000. Once successfully submitted, you will receive an email notification from abstracts@ecmtb2024.org , so please remember to check your spam folder.

In the minisymposium proposal form you can indicate if you want your abstracts to be proposed as a contributed talk in case the minisymposium proposal they are part of is not accepted.
